QuickBooks introduction

A hands-on training course, providing an excellent introduction to QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Delegates will learn about maintaining the sales, purchase and general ledgers, inputting opening balances, processing bank transactions, using the items lists including stock control and the production of invoices. Delegates will also look at processing journals and the production of the relevant reports.

QuickBooks intermediate

A hands-on training course, looking at the month end and year end processes, credit control and VAT returns. Delegates will go beyond the day today bookkeeping process and use QuickBooks to produce monthly management information, maintain a bank reconciliation and produce the VAT return. Delegates will also look at processing accruals, prepayments, depreciation and the production of related reports, including the use of departments.
